The event held in Islamabad in regard to IAP Ideas Design Competition Award Ceremony hosted & organized by IAP Rawalpindi – Islamabad Chapter for the Grand Jamia Mosque in collaboration with Lahore Capital Smart City. IAP received 45 registrations of which 25 submitted their entries. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prizes with 2 honorable mentions were awarded by the eminent jury that comprised of President IAP Ar. Saad Mahmood Khan, Past President IAP & Fellow IAP Ar. Ejaz Ahed, Past President IAP & Fellow IAP Ar. Jahangir Khan Sherpao, Past President CAA & Fellow IAP Ar. Kalim Siddiqui, Past Vice Chairperson IAP-RIC Ar. Shazia Qureshi, Project Director Lahore Smart City Brig(R) Nadeem Aslam & Chief Architect Capital Smart City.

Certificate of appreciation, gift hampers by sponsors were given with cash prizes of PKR 5 Lacs for 1st Winners Ar. Faizan Tariq and Ar. Mirza Inayat representing Archshire Islamabad, PKR 2 Lacs to 2nd Prize Winner Ar. Hamza Masood and Ar. Nida Shahid Mansoor representing DAZA Karachi and 1 Lac awarded to the 3rd winner, Ar. Humza Suhail Lahore. The team of Akif Khan Architect & Associates were awarded the first honorable mention while a team of COMSATS, Lahore Campus, received the second honorable mention.
